As a PR consultant for more than 28 years, she represented some of the top luxury resorts, chefs and destinations worldwide conducting media relations and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness. As a freelance writer, she draws on that storytelling experience to share the unique and often untold stories about cultures and destinations through the personalities. She loves to interview the people behind the scenes who make our food and travel experiences special. A former expat of Milan, Italy, she continues to visit Italy often and blog about her adventures. As the wine tourism industry explodes, Beth takes readers to some of the most luxurious destinations and vineyards.
